# Individuals avoiding eye contact
# Individuals departing quickly when seen or approached
# Individuals in places they don’t belong
# An overloaded vehicle
# Over dressed for the type of weather
# Arrive and leave at unusual hours
# Try not to be noticed
# Act in a suspicious manner
# Park an unusual distance from the meeting
# Have an unusual number of unrelated people living together
#Purchasing Ammunition or Large Vehicles like a truck

IN NY not making eye contact is NORMAL! Hell I take Pictures and own binoculars and a shotgun, I guess my neighbors will have to turn me in! Watch out for delivery people, gas readers, cable installers, or anyone who has access to your apt, they are being utilized to spy on you and report if you have weapons or act suspiciously.
